Here's my "XXL To Petite" Story....
I used to have an abundance of energy throughout the entire day and even well into the night.
I used to maintain a great physique even while indulging in late-night tacos, burritos, and burgers.
I used to eat whatever I desired, whenever I pleased, without a care in the world.
I managed to stay in excellent shape without ever stepping foot in a gym.
I used to feel confident and at ease wearing tight-fitted clothes, tank tops, and swimsuits—those stylish pieces that younger ladies often don.
That used to be me, and probably many of us, until somewhere in my early 40s, and particularly in my mid-40s.
After turning 40, I noticed that my once slim and petite figure had started to gain weight and bulge in unwanted areas.
It seemed my metabolism had SLOWED down significantly.
Even my health was deteriorating, and I had very little energy throughout the day.
So, I would go to bed earlier at night, hoping that would help me make it through the next day.
Some nights I’d even sleep 12 HOURS and still be dragging the next day!
